Refund policy

Flowdesk sells digital products — single HTML files that are delivered to you instantly at checkout. Please read this policy before you buy.

Merchant of record. Our checkout and payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for every Flowdesk order. That means Lemon Squeezy processes your payment, issues your receipt, handles applicable tax, and administers refunds under this policy.

Because the product is delivered instantly

Each tool is a downloadable file you receive immediately after purchase. Once a digital file has been delivered, it cannot be "returned" the way a physical item can. For that reason, all sales are considered final except where this policy or applicable law provides otherwise.

When we will refund you

We want you to get what you paid for. We will refund your purchase if:

The file will not open or does not work as described, and we cannot help you get it running; or
You were charged in error, for example a duplicate order.

Before requesting a refund for a technical problem, please contact us — most issues are a quick fix, and we would rather get the tool working for you.

The Variable Income Tracker is free. It uses the exact same single-file format as the paid tools, so you can confirm the format opens and runs on your machine before you spend anything.

How to request a refund

Email us at our support address with your order number and a short description of the problem. Refunds are returned to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong, please contact us first. We can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute.
